Primary Responsibilities:
· Lead supplier identification, qualification, and quotation negotiations
· Develop cost saving opportunities on Corp hotel, travel agency and event, etc.
· Negotiate and manage supplier annual contracts.
· Purchase Order placement through SAP and fulfillment.
· Develop and monitor supplier performance and metrics to ensure long term partnering benefits
· Work closely with internal functional teams to execute on fulfillment requirements
· Provide guidance to internal functional teams on policies and processes
· Implement operating metrics and monitor deliverables to ensure business objectives achieved
· Drive standardization and continuous improvement of the sourcing processes
· Ensure compliance with company sourcing policies and procedures
Requirements
· Bachelor's Degree in economics or business management discipline.
· At least 2 years experience in company event, Corp hotel and travel agency sourcing.
· Good Interpersonal, communication, presentation and facilitation skills in cross functional environment.
· Good quantitative and analytical skills and strong process mindset
· Self-motivated, open minded and good team work
· Effective organizational and multi-tasking skills, attention to details
