HR team is looking for a third year university student (from Sep 2012) as coordinator to join the HR Organization Development (OD) Team. This position will report to a Senior HR Manager and to work closely with various cross functional teams. This is a long term role, this role can be potentially a full time HR Specialist role or to join Nielsen Global HR Emerging Leader Program after graduation.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate all aspects of facilitated raining, including facilities allocation, materials and pre- and post-work communication
Prepare and facilitate the administration jobs relevant to training delivery, meeting, and other events, including prepare workbooks, room set up, release formal notice, and etc.
Work closely with internal trainers and external vendors to ensure administration issues concerning enrollments, rosters, scheduling, course feedback and other requirements as needed are smoothly handled.
Assist and provide monthly T&E report and dashboard to ensure senior HR leader have updated information.
Assist with updates and revisions to training program-related processes, procedures, and supporting documentation
Monitor LMS and Skillport system to ensure good using experience for associates, actively updating database and acting as first-line technical support to all attendees.
Communicate effectively and professionally with business leaders, internal trainers, and external vendors through a diverse communication channels.
Be a part of OD team member on the company talent programs. Communicate effectively and professionally with business leaders, internal trainers, and external vendors through a diverse communication channels.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree student (Third Year Student from Sep 2012) in Human resource, Education, Administration Management.
Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good computer skills and proficiency with office software (MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of and experience with learning management systems a plus
Detail-oriented, well organized
Ability to work in a team environment and take initiative individually
