Responsibilities:
Leading Security investigations in Greater China region
Conducting interviews
Reviewing files, including email, and other evidence
Managing external vendors
Coordinating with local police and authorities
Advising local Nielsen leadership
Gathering and reviewing physical evidence
Drafting final reports on investigations, and presenting the results
Coordinating enforcement of company rules and regulations
Conducting preventive law training on a wide variety of topics, including contracting best practices, US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and equivalent anti-bribery laws, Code of Conduct
Draft, negotiate and manage legal documentation (in English and Chinese) for a broad range of commercial transactions.
Managing litigation matters

Requirements:
Fluency (both written and oral) in English and Mandarin Chinese
Minimum 3 years experience conducting investigations, with more preferred. Investigative experirence must include interview experience, evidence handling, and experience drafting professional reports in English.
A Bachelor or Master degree from a reputable law school in PRC. Overseas education is a plus
Integrity and good judgment essential
Ability to work with minimal supervision
At least 1 year forensic accounting experience.
Excellent documentation skills
Willingness to travel within China, perhaps frequently and on little notice.
