Job Purpose:
This position leads MSci operations and execution requirements and delivery for China. This entails understanding the business requirements from and prioritizing work with the Country Client Services. In doing this, the position includes understanding and representing the local market conditions in the delivery processes, as well as overseeing the local country "onshore" execution work. This entails engaging and being the escalation touch point with Country business partners to ensure smooth delivery operations.

Job Responsibilities:
· Partners with Country Client Service Executives to ensure proper delivery resourcing and prioritization to meet business needs.
· Manages country's Onshore Delivery team. The Onshore Delivery project work will be execution work of statistical counseling and support for internal and external clients in accordance with global statistical and technical standards, such as universe estimation, sample design, statistical panel management, and data queries.
· Leads ad hoc statistical projects including design and analysis of customized studies and conduct data validation studies upon request.
· Maintains project work discipline in the centrally managed Project Tracker
· Manages local engagement with business partners.
· Touch point on local Deliverables and to investigate data inquiries / challenges with local teams, offshore Delivery, and Practice Transformation for processes / methods issues.
· Works with the Global Delivery and Practice Transformation teams to converge processes, methods, and applications on optimized best practices.
· Participates in talent development of Onshore Delivery, aligning with aligning with global Delivery and Practice Transformation on talent development goals.

Role Requirements:
· B.S. or B.A., preferably in a statistical, mathematical, or technical field
· Masters Degree is preferred
· 8 + years of quantitative analysis work experience
· 5+ years of management experience
· Strong management skills
· Working knowledge of SQL and database structures
· Experience with SAS
· Ability to execute research projects, and translate the results into operational or analytical solutions to problems
· Ability to work in a cross-functional environment with several interacting teams
· Ability to work on multiple projects in parallel while managing and meeting changing deadlines and priorities
· Experience handling, manipulating and analyzing data
· Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to document work and effectively prioritize documentation.
· Ability to balance technical, marketing and business perspectives
· Excellent analytical, problem solving skills and attention to detail
· Able to work in an individual and/or team setting
