Responsibilities:
Client Servicing
- Serve as primary contact to junior level client contacts
- Assist senior staff/manager on client issue analyses, regular on-site service, responsible for data requests, report generation, technical basic support, training delivery etc. independently
- Assist in sales activities in conjunction with senior staff/manager in terms of preparation of proposal and credential presentations
- Be directly accountable for work conducted for their nominated clients in terms of analyses, charting, etc and perform quality checks on all reports for alignment to request, accuracy and correctness

Typical Position Pre-requisites:
- 1- 2 years working experience, FMCG / Service / Retail / consulting industry preferred
- BA Required (MBA desirable)
- Fluent in oral English and can write business English letters without any difficulties
- Working knowledge of common Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication, coordination skills and client service sense
- Can work under high pressure
