- Provide vendor with performance feedback on a regular basis
- Provide inputs and action plan to improve outsourcing quality
- Provide input and recommendations for vendor performance monitoring, based on cost, quality or timing issues
- Proactively communicate with vendor and project management team to drive for service excellence

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree
- 3-5 years project or supplier management experience
- Strong communication skills
- Problem solving mentality
- Written and oral English communication skill
