职位描述：
岗位职责：

1.公司日常行政管理的运作（包括信件、包裹的收发和固定的办公用品供给、维护等等）；
2.负责公司的文档管理及各类文件、资料的统计管理工作；
3.受理会议室预约，协调会议时间，下发会议通知，布置会议室；
4.负责公司前台接待及电话接转；
5.负责各级主管交办出差安排等各项工作；
6.协助行政经理或其他部门对各项行政事务的安排及执行；
7.完成上级交给的其它事务性工作。

任职资格：

1、行政管理或相关专业大专以上学历；
2、一年以上相关工作经验；
3、具备一定的行政管理知识；
4、工作细致、认真、有责任心，较强的文字撰写能力，较强的沟通协调以及语言表达能力；
5、熟练使用office办公软件及自动化设备，具备良好的英文书写及口头沟通能力；
