职位描述：
Responsibilities:

1.Assist to Service Manager for daily operation(customer service call/mail response, service technician work monitoring, service work statistics, documentation preparation, meeting material preparation, consolidate customer survey, service document archiving, quotation......)
2.Record service report in SAP
3.Record all related data for customer service activities
4.Prepare service quotation and issue service invoice in SAP
5.Prepare daily / weekly / monthly reports for service function
6.Answer inquiries via service hotline
7.Co-ordinate with the service department in headquarter
8.Other responsibilities that direct manager assigns

Requirements:

1.College degree or above
2.3 years+ working experience in the same function in mechanical machine tools industry
3.Fluent in both oral and written English
4.SAP experience with same functions is an advantage
