Role Summary/Purpose

Essential Responsibilities

1. Develop electronic detail design requirements, design description documentation, and verification test methods/procedures for avionics hardware electronic designs 2. Translating top-level avionic system requirements into detailed electronic architecture and low-level circuit card design 3. Develop avionic schematic diagrams and PCB layout 4. Develop FPGA 5. Develop library component, provide integration and application support in Mentor Graphics and possibly other related ECAD tools. 6. Participate as a presenter or reviewer in technical and program reviews 7. Interfacing with customers and other stakeholders

Qualifications/Requirements

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering and Electronic Engineering. 2. Minimum 7 years of engineering experience 3. Minimum 5 years of broad and extensive experience in Mentor Graphics, PSpice, LTSpice application development, integration and library component development 4. Minimum 3 years of extensive experience in FPGA and analog/digital development 5. Minimum 3 years of hands experience in Printed Circuit Board layout, board design and / or debug 6. Minimum 3 years of experience in circuit modeling / simulation 7. Good verbal and written English and Chinese skills

Desired Characteristics

1. Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronic Engineering 2. Experience in UG is a plus 3. Experience in electronic designs to meet Electromagnetic Interference/Electromagnetic Compatibility requirements 4. Experience with all phases of electronic development from conceptual design and architecture to manufacturing and test for production delivery
