Role Summary/Purpose

Essential Responsibilities

Responsibilities
 Receive customer complaint from the overseas customers and work with local team to develop the service solution to resolve service requests associated with export products.
积极响应海外客户对出口产品质量和服务的投诉，与各团队紧密联系准确掌握及时信息并尽快确定相应的解决方案
 Provide expert advice and technical assistance to supplier to solve site problem to ensure customer satisfaction.
给供应商提供专业意见和技术支持满意地解决客户问题。
 Maintain customer complaint data into information systems to ensure all services events are executed in accordance with customer requested lead time and budgeted cost.
维护及及时更新客户投诉的相关数据，在有限的运作时间和成本范围内，确保所有的服务案例顺利进行
 Expedite service execution and replacement/spare parts shipment to reduce case cycle time.
快速响应并给予必要的现场服务配合，积极安排并监督替换品的运输行程以减少服务案例的周期。
 Provide professional communication to customers about the service solution and corrective actions that maintain clients with top service experiences and expected results.
关于实施的解决方案及纠正措施，需耐心细致的给予客户专业的讲解，倚靠高质量的服务和预期的服务效果维系客户关系。
 Drive supplier quality improvement and internal process improvement to minimize case repeat rate.
积极引导及辅助供应商质量改进，促进内部流程简洁合理化，减少案例的重复发生率。
 Provide guidance and training to customer for the appropriate assembly and operation on the products.
给客户提供适当的培训和指导怎样合理安装产品。

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications
 Bachelor degree, prefer degree of Electrical Engineering.
本科学历，电气工程专业优先。
 More than 5 years working experiences as service engineer.
5年以上服务工程师相关工作经验。
 Solid knowledge of industrial products, both component and equipment.
扎实的工业产品知识基础，包括元器件及设备。
 Fluent English, Oral and writing.
流利的英语口语及较扎实的写作功底。
 Professional communication skills with external customers and internal suppliers.
具备与外部客户和内部供应商的专业沟通技巧。
 Good command of computer and network skills with familiarity of MS office products∙
熟练的电脑操作及网络运用技巧，熟悉MS办公软件。
