职位描述：
COMPANY OVERVIEW: Perma Pure is the worldwide leader in providing unique gas sample conditioning solutions. We use Nafion along with a broad array of technology and expertise to help our customers analyze gas stream samples safely and accurately. Perma Pure China business is put on a steep growth path but required the expertise of this position with a proven-track-record in related-industry to achieve operations excellence, taking multiple roles in tech support, System field service and sales support.
RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责：
1. Provide technical support and field service to customers and distribution channels
为终端用户和分销渠道提供技术支持和现场服务
1) Answer technical questions 解答技术问题
2) Diagnose repair requests and identify root cause 诊断维修需求并确认原因
3) Complete warranty and service repairs 提供保修和维修服务
4) Provide site installation and maintenance for System products
提供系统仪器的现场安装和保养服务
5) Provide technical and service training to end-users and distribution channels
为客户提供技术和服务相关的培训，如问题判断、仪器安装及维修保养
2. Provide technical support to Sales Team 为销售团队提供技术支持
1) Answer technical inquiries from existing and prospective customers
解答客户技术问题或提供技术反馈
2) Develop and/or customize technical literature for the market

3) Act as inside sales person to supplement (and back up) the Sales Manager

3. Coordinating field service work and to maintain relation with sales channels and end-users

4. Supporting company policies and procedures, goals and objectives, local regulations, and goods quality assurance practices. 支持和贯彻执行公司规章和行业法规，保证服务质量

REQUIREMENTS, EDUCATION, TRAINING/EXPERIENCE 职位要求：
1. University degree in electronic & mechanic engineering
机械/电子专业学士学位
2. 3+ years of experience in an engineering or technical role; experience in the chemical process, petroleum, scientific instruments with CEMS (continuous emission monitoring system) application knowledge. Experience in gas analyzer industry is a plus
3年以上工程或技术经验，具有连续烟气监测系统的知识和经验；最好熟悉过程工业如化工、石化及科学仪器和气体分析行业背景
3. Ability to read and interpret technical specifications, process flow diagrams, P&IDs, and wiring diagrams 能够解读机械电子技术规格和管线图等
4. Familiarity with process monitoring equipment and/or instrumentation is required

5. Experience working in an ISO 9001 environment or regulated industry is a plus
