Job Qualification:
1. Bachelor or Master degree in Mechanical major.
2. Over 6 years' experience in a project management role within automotive or aerospace industry, experience in industrial transfer project and
3. Experience in communication with suppliers.
4. Proficiency in MS office, CAD tool.
5. Skilled in reading blueprints, including a good understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance (GD&T).
6. Understand manufacturing layout, equipment and processes.
7. Ability to travel frequently in China and overseas (estimated 50% or more).

Major Job Responsibilities:
Overall responsibility for the industrialization of one or several work packages in the supply chain:
- Define and carry out the project plan with the supplier and cross functional team, according to existing procedures for industrial validation and / or industrial transfer.
- Ensure the implementation of industrial means in order to achieve the objectives in terms of delivery on time, run time, lead time and capacity.
- Work with engineering and quality team to qualify the new processes and validate the industrialized parts.
- Support supplier during industrialization phase, follow production of 1st articles and ramp up.
- Organize periodical project review meetings and provide reporting to the steering committees (in supplier and in Messier-Bugatti-Dowty)
- Carry out a periodical risk analysis and define mitigation action plans with CFT and supplier.
