岗位描述 / General Description
仓库协理负责协助仓库主管处理日常的仓库工作，如收货，上架，挑拣，包装，发运，关务及商检事务，库存管理，以及安全管理相关事务等。
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for assist the warehouse supervisor in handling a wide variety of warehouse activities including receiving, put away, picking, packing, shipping, customs/CIQ affair, inventory management, HSE management ,etc.
根据仓库主管指示前往客户现场做库存巡视并扫描生成订单。
Visit Customer Site and execute the inventory check , scan and create the orders under the instruction of Warehouse Supervisor.

主要职责 /Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. 执行仓库日常运营工作，包括收货，上架，挑拣，包装，发运，文档管理与ERP相关操作。
Execute the daily warehouse operation including receiving, put away, picking, packing, shipping, documentation and ERP operation accordingly.
2. 执行每天仓库检查并报告安全事宜。
Execute the daily warehouse check and report any issue related to HSE.
3. 前往客户现场进行库存检查并扫描生成订单
Visit Customer site and execute the inventory check and order create.
4. 在仓库主管离开是代理仓库主管工作。
Backup for the warehouse supervisor when absence.
5. 其他主管或上级经理安排工作。
Execute other job and tasks assigned by supervisor or above managers.
岗位要求 / Qualifications:
1. 教育背景与工作经验：大专以上学历，具备两年以上仓库相关经验
Education & Experience: College degree and two years of relevant warehouse experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2. 语言：英文4级并具备较好的读写能力。
Language: CET 4 above with good written and read skill or the similar language skill
3. 能够阅读并理解安全运营方面的工作指导书以及流程操作手册。
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
4. 具备相关商业计算能力，包括折扣，运费，计算重量，发票以及比率。
Ability to make calculations such as discounts, freight estimates, dimensional weight, invoices, and percentages.
5. 具备通用商业计算机使用能力，并愿意学习新的软件应用。
Knowledge of general business computer software and aptitude to learn new software applications.
6. 熟练使用MS OFFICE
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
7. 具备较好的海关商检事务的操作经验确保伟司科的业务的合规性。
