DEFINITION DE POSTE
JOB DESCRIPTION
THE SEARCH FOR THE MOST APPROPRIATE PERSON IS A VITAL FACTOR FOR AN OPTIMAL USE OF OUR RESOURCES AND THE WAY TO ACHIEVE OUR OBJECTIVES.
THIS DOCUMENT IS A TOOL TO BE FILLED IN WITH THE MOST PRECISION FOR EACH OPENED
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
(Summaries the purpose of this position to assess its expected contribution to the results of the organization. )
1. Systematically plan products quality control jobs program, listen and analyze customer voice to define the control program.
2. Deep investigate and analyze both customer complaints and internal NC issues which happened in the panels;
OBJECTIVES / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
(Explain the permanent objectives to be achieved by the position)
1. Set up and maintain in- process control system for the process/equipment quality monitoring
KPI: Documents planning and standardization,
2. Customer feedback root cause analysis and lead the improvement actions to reduce the issue.
KPI: PRR.
3. Quality working in ETO projects, through quality goal setting, project quality performance measurement, quality problems root cause investigation, and lead the corrective action and preventive actions
KPI: MDR
4. Non-conforming quality cost reduction, by NC problem analysis and improvement actions leading.
KPI: NQC
5. Promote quality culture, use but not limit quality communication meeting, quality data report, training and quality process setup.
6. Support related IG parts repair coordination jobs and Subcontractor process coaching jobs.
KPI: Project efficiency and Subcontractor MDR.
SPECIFIC ISSUES
(Job environment, traveling...)
1. Focus on products improvement, fix place job.
2. Traveling for outside test or customer complaint issue solving when Specialize case needed.
3. Few Subcontractor site support.

Internal set up Product control plan and solve quality issue: TA, Workshop, Industrial engineer, Project manager, planer, customer complaint engineer, designer.

External to meet special customer requirements (EOMR, Documents, audit reports) via project window.
REQUIREMENT OF PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
(Specify years of relevant experience)
1. Good commond of english and chinese;
2. Good communication and leadership;
3. Engineering or technical background are preferred, good master quality tools.
4. Good Quality theory basis.
5. Fluent Microsoft office software
