职位描述
Responsibilities:
The primary responsibilities of the Finance Manager are:
1 Provide meaningful analysis of site operations by consistent application of the management reporting and review framework throughout all business units in Asia (including China, India, ASEAN, Korean, Japan, Philippines and Singapore), ensuring alignment with region and corporate framework
- Identify performance drivers of particular business units, prepare analysis for driving performance (trends, ratios, product mix, gap analyses)
- Provide finance support to Director -EPMS in all financial matters.
- Review site submissions of monthly business reports and forecasts for accuracy and reasonableness
- Ensure robust variance analysis of monthly submissions
- Manage the consolidation of monthly accounts, forecasts and budgets using Hyperion
- Ensure timely submission of monthly corporate reporting package for Seating Business Unit - Asia to US headquarter office
- Prepare consolidation of management information foe region reviews, including both Seating and Electronics Business Units.
- Provide technical advice to business units in region
- Provide training to business units in region
2 Improve the quality and effectiveness of region's management information by the process of rigorous analysis of management reporting in collaboration with Regional Controllers and Business Unit finance teams:
Data integrity and common definitions
- Performance and variance analysis, actions planning to close gaps
- Forecast Updates
- Annual budget
- Balance Sheet reviews
- Region consolidation requirements
- Monitor quality of period end close
- Continuous process improvements
Technical skills and Experience required
- Accounting or Business Degree ( or equivalent). CA or CPA
- Minimum 6 years experience in a financial planning, reporting and analysis role (ideally familiar with a regional focus in Asia in an international MNC)
- IFRS knowledge required
- Cost accounting or controllership within a manufacturing environment will be well regarded/preferred
- Advanced Excel skills
- Demonstrated process improvement skills
- Competent with Microsoft Office suite of software packages
- Hyperion system knowledge preferred
- Regional language fluency well regarded
- Strong to relocation opportunities
