Senior Marketing & Sales Manager

We are looking for a creative and adaptable individual to fit into our energetic and dynamic environment that will successfully develop and implement various of high performance strategies, sales and marketing programs within the Southern China region. This position is based in Shenzhen (Futian Area).
The ideal candidate should possess the following:
Minimum of 5 years experience in the audio and video industry and/or semiconductor business as a senior sales executive or manager in China with exposure to other Asian countries (Taiwan, Korea, Japan, etc.);
Excellent judgment and experience in handling distribution logistics;
Must have a successful track record of interfacing with customers;
Must be fluent in Mandarin, English, Cantonese, (Japanese and/or Korean, preferred).
In addition to solid engineering skills, the candidate must be an excellent communicator, enjoy working with customers, and have the ability to solve problems in a time-sensitive manner.
Education
Electronics and business degrees from an accredited curriculum, or equivalent.
