THIS POSITION is BASED IN CHINA or HONG KONG. With proven abilities in Product Development, Merchandising and Project Management. Able to work with LA Corporate office, China branch offices, as well with the factory partners. Job outline; sourcing, product development, sample development, negotiations with the factories in China. Bi-lingual fluency in English and Mandarin is required. Understanding of the market trends and retailer merchandising needs. Strong Management, Follow up skills and attention to details and deadlines.
Successful candidate will have 10+ years of experience in sourcing and exporting with a retailer offices or trading companies. Experience with dinnerware, flatware, cookware product lines is desired. Proficiency in Microsoft Word/Excel is required.
