Job Duties:

- Identifies, correlates and assess manpower, operational, technical and personnel problems and finds or develops construction solutions

- Proactively search, develop, realize the business opportunity in the local market.

- Participates in the preparation and control of the operating budget

- Monitors established performance indicators(KPI/Control Items) including variance reports, operational reports, quality reports, initiating corrective actions as required

- Establishes and maintains excellent business relations with customers, agents, airlines, customs and other local business partners

- Initiates, manages, delegates department improvement projects

- Ensures a 100% data integrity and the proper management of information

- Acts as liaison between the operations departments and various company departments in the resolution of operational problems

- Recruits, trains and managers assigned personnel to meet the company requirements. Will conduct performance evaluations and be responsible for coaching and counseling

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor of International Trade, English, Logistic

- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar position at foreign companies

- Good communication skill in both English and Chinese, oral and written

- Computer application in MS Excel, PowerPoint

- Open, dedication, initiative, team work player, mature, management concept
