Purpose of Position
To develop and bring to market profitable product solutions, enable team competence for growing business successfully in China market by fostering in-depth industry specific know-how, leveraging global resources and local network, and fully supporting the sales team.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
· To develop pricing strategy
· To develop & execute the product go-to-market plans & programs
· To lead the marketing efforts to develop & market the new products that cater to the needs of the local market
· To provide pre-sales and sales support & develop sales tools, training and marketing literature
· To maintain knowledge of market drivers and industry sectors for different product portfolio, monitor and report the industry and competitor intelligence
· To provide product and awareness training to sales, operations and other internal/external departments
· To develop & grow the target market, e.g. market size, competition severity, customer purchasing behavior, market share, trend and potential
· To work as focal point to Global to understand resource availability, best practices, etc. and lead China’s efforts in contributing to Group’s global account management efforts
· To co-working with the delivery team & technical team on internal resources planning, training & enablement to build up the core competence by providing product and awareness training to sales, operations and other internal/external departments
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
· Good sense of product marketing and commercially astute and able to identify new product opportunities. Experience in professional services is a plus
· Good analytic and communications skills
· Good English in speaking and writing
· Result-driven and excellent execution ability
· Customer focused – credible with internal/external customers
· Strong team player
· Organised & flexible
· Solutions orientated & problem solver
· Proactive, have sense of ownership, passion & commitment to work
· Professional and ethical
· University degree
