1. Responsible for implementing Yearly, Headcount plan meet business needs;
为了满足公司的业务需求,完成年度招聘计划;
2. Responsible for Recruiting Process Management and Optimization;
负责招聘流程管理和优化;
3. Responsible for Information personnel on board& termination management;
负责员工入离职流程的管理;
4. Employee data management: sort and keep all employee data including personal information, labor contract, confidential agreement;
员工资料的管理,包含个人信息、劳动合同、保密协议;
5. Monthly actual administrative costs control & cost saving;
每月实际行政成本控制与成本节约
6. Timely payment of all administrative expenses;
及时支付行政费用
7. Arrange shuttle bus pick up time and continuously improve bus lines;
安排班车接送时间,合理规划班车路线
8. Statistical the number of staff meals timely, Routine maintenance the dining room environment and improvement;
及时统计员工餐的数量、日常维护餐厅环境和改善
9. Suppliers daily management;
供应商日常管理
10. Cleaner daily management, problem improving and follow-up tracking;
保洁的日常管理,问题改进和后续跟踪
11. Report Data;
人事报表的及时上报;
12. Other work arranged by HR Manager.
人事经理临时安排的其它工作。
Education/Experience:
教育背景/工作经验:
? Bachelor or above degree in related major;
本科及以上相关学历;
? At least 3years working experience in HR function;
至少3年以上人力资源工作经验;
? At least 2 years working in foreign enterprises/organization;
至少2年以上外资企业工作经验;
? HR professional with skills and generalist experience in recruiting or other HR related function;
精通人力资源招聘模块和人力资源相关的模块;
? Skilled application Word & Excel & PPT software;
熟练应用Word和Excel和PPT软件
? Self-starter and good team player, with good interpersonal, communication & presentation skills;
做事积极主动,良好的团队合作精神,良好的人际关系,沟通和表达能力
? Proactive, result oriented, has the sense of service;
积极主动,以结果为导向做事,有服务意识
? Able to work in English.
能够用英语工作;
