Description:
Reporting solid line to the HBT-SPS G. China Marcom Director in Shanghai, the Digital Marketing Leader HBT-SPS G. China owns the strategy and management of all customer-facing digital marketing channels including websites, social, search, marketing automation and analytics, ultimately delivering an improved customer experience.
The position partners with IT who manages the implementation and support of the technical solutions and PR who drives social strategy.

1.Planning
Own the HBT-SPS G. China Digital Marketing strategy
In partnership with SBU’s, ensure that Digital Marketing is integrated in overall Marcom and marketing plans
Lead the Digital Marketing AOP process towards alignment with overall agreed plan. Work with GBE’s and functions to manage budget and ensuring cost targets are achieved as outlined in the AOP.
Optimize the COE function (processes, systems and solutions) that is flexible and scalable to deliver both business benefits and improved customer experiences
Determine make-buy decisions. Work with SBU, COE’s and IT in identifying and maintaining of external preferred partner network that will deliver the Digital Marketing strategy.
Align Digital Marketing strategies with IT vision, ensuring key decisions are achieved and cascaded to all relevant parties
Drive RoI to deliver cost effectiveness

2.Functional Excellence
Drive online and social media strategy and one HBT-SPS execution
Plan and execute company website / SEO/SEM strategy and execution
Drive e-Commerce strategy and work with GBE’s and COE’s to keep e-Commerce vehicles current and vibrant.
Collaborate with MarCom and PR on the HBT-SPS social media strategy and activation.
Optimize content of all digital vehicles.
Plan and buy digital and online media with result measurable
Build and improve well-segmented customer database
Recommend, develop and maintain cross- SBU digital marketing programs, including programs that will seek profitable market share gains and sales of key customer segments to increase customer loyalty, arrest attrition and acquire new customers
Proactively explore and direct new initiatives and enhancements to improve the demand gen programs ;
Monitor and analyze efforts across all HBT-SPS demand gen programs, providing the business with solid conclusions and recommendations
Lead implementation of best practices, scalable delivery process and global platforms.
Establish clear measurement across Digital Marketing activities, and share analytics through dashboards.
Ensure compliance with Honeywell initiatives, platforms, processes and standards.
Identify emerging trends and technologies and integrate appropriately into Digital Marketing programs, with a focus on delivering benefits across customer segments.

Qualification
Basic Qualifications
Degree in Marketing/Communications. Advanced degree preferred.
8+ years related working experiences, among which 5+ years Digital Marketing leadership experience in corporate environments and/or digital consultancies, with a proven record of developing high impact solutions across the digital landscape.
In depth understanding of best-in-class Marketing/ IT processes and operating models.
Fluency in emerging digital practices.
Demonstrated ability to conceptualize, launch and deliver multiple projects on time and within budget.
5+ years of people/budget management. Experience working with remote teams a plus.
Fluent in English
