Role Summary/Purpose

Essential Responsibilities

1. Lead and execution of ITO activities within establish business processes 2. Review of and comment to, project technical and commercial specifications, and customer application, to assure compliance and/or note exceptions for development of equipment and service quotations 3. Develop technical solution and description, costing, and schedule in response to customer specification 4. Ability to review specifications to provide most cost effective, technically appropriate solution to customer requirements 5. Verification of proper product suitability for application & adherence to GE’s best practices 6. Compilation of proposal, supporting documentation, risk reviews, reviews, cycle commitments and obtain necessary approvals through CRBs per established Delegation levels before submitting proposals to customer 7. Generation of final customer proposal to include priced Bill of Materials (BOM), project schedules and cost module 8. Carry out commercial risk review, to quantify and minimize commercial risk and contract development and negotiations 9. Review Customer Purchase Orders to Ensure Compliance with Approved Price Levels, Terms and Cycle commitments etc to coordinate R3 Hand off to Project Execution teams 10. Attend customer project meetings as required, domestically and internationally to support proposal/project content 11. Close communication with internal resources for the quotation like as country service manager as well as sales

Qualifications/Requirements

1. BS Engineering degree or equivalent 2. Experience of Inspection Technologies product and application 3. Commercial skills with strong process focus 4. Strong communication skills both written and verbal including use of English language 5. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving ability 6. Solid ability to work and succeed with global teams in a matrix organizational environment 7. Proven ability to meet agreed upon goals and measurements with minimum supervision. 8. Strong influence, facilitation, and interpersonal skills. 9. Highly self-motivated team player with ability to complete tasks in a timely fashion 10. Experience in developing and writing specifications and/or proposals. 11. Extensive application knowledge of office software, such as Word, EXCEL, VISIO, and POWERPOINT. 12. Ability to multitask and work flexible hours 13. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as dictated by deal requirements
