Location: Shanghai & Beijing
In this position, you will be joining an energetic team to deliver Android-based software solutions for Smart phones and tablets to OEM. You will need to develop and engage at a deep technical level to debug and solve customer issues and to manage the technical relationship between OEMs, and Intel to drive customer products to success. key areas are Linux kernel, graphics, audio, camera, video, telephony, android framework/app.
This is an opportunity to apply both technical knowledge in a team oriented environment. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Develop key Software build blocks for the Android Smartphone stack.
- Support and influence customer SW developers during all phases of SW development cycle incl. feature definition, project setup, project execution, tech support for go-to-market
- Hands on replicating and debugging/Fixing customer reported issues by identifying code level issues and proposing changes to customer configuration or to Intel drivers
- Providing technical training, consultation, and hands-on assistance to customer SW developers in areas of architecting, technologies, code development

You should possess a strong engineering background and passion in Android SW development experience. A Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or Electronic Engineering (or equivalent) is preferred.
- Proven experience with software debug, troubleshooting, and/or development
- Strong understanding of Intel® architecture-based platforms including the Operating System and/or Driver Software stack
- Good team work and communication skills
