职位描述：
? Responsible for arranging the production plan according to the customer requirement.
依据客户需求，合理的、有效的安排生产计划
? Release the production plan in PLEX.
生产计划在PLEX中的发放
? Monitor the implement for daily production plan.
监控每日生产计划的执行
? Adjust the production plan as soon as possible when the production plan can’t timely complete, reduce the waste of working hours.
在生产计划不能准时完成时尽快调整生产计划，减少工时的浪费
? Tracking the accuracy of back flush in PLEX.
PLEX回冲准确性的跟踪
? Obtain customers daily demand as well as monthly demand timely.
及时获得每日客户需求信息和每月需求信息
? Optimize FG inventory and reduce inventory risks.
优化成品库存降低库存风险
? Responsible for monitoring FG inventory (plan and actual delivery), ensure customer delivery.
负责成品库存的监控（计划和实际发放），保证客户交付
? Timely update the daily reports (production plan and actual delivery)
及时更新日报表（生产计划和实际发运）
? Coordinate to solve the problem in FG delivery process (internal production capacity, transport vehicles, PLEX system, customer’s production plan waves, customer receiving process etc.)
协调解决成品交付过程中的问题（内部产能、运输车辆、PLEX系统、客户生产波动、客户收货等）
? Check daily customer’s FG information, timely adjust production plan and avoid the potential risks.
每日核对客户的成品下线信息，及时调整生产计划并避免潜在风险
? Organize weekly meeting for production plan.
组织周生产计划会
? Responsible for the plan release of FG ECN and subsequent tracking.
负责变更时成品切换的计划的发放和后续跟踪
? Receive customer orders and arrange production for spare parts.
客户备件订单的接收、安排生产
? Put forward the rationalization proposal and improvement measures.
提出合理化建议及改进措施
? Find out costs saving point and actively take part in the cost saving of plant.
发现成本节省的环节并积极参与工厂成本的节省
? Complete the temporary tasks from superior leaders.
完成上级领导交给的临时任务
Education/Experience:
教育背景/工作经验：
? Related bachelor degree or above.
本科及以上相关学历
? More than 2 years’ work experiences in manufacturing industry of production plan
2年及以上制造业生产计划工作经验
? Must have a certain financial knowledge.
具有一定的财务知识
? Must have good communication skills and strong analytical ability
有良好的沟通技巧和较强的分析能力
? Skilled application of all kinds of office software.
熟练应用各种办公软件
? Be familiar with ERP system
熟悉ERP系统（SAP/QAD）
? Strong sense of responsibility, team work spirit
