REGULAR RESPONSIBILITIES
l Under supervision and guidance, assist with operational contracts review.
l Under supervision and guidance, provide legal support on litigations, including legal research, basic documentation, translation and governmental procedures.
l Assist legal counsels on litigations, government investigations, corporate matters such as preparation of board resolution, change of director, and other company secretary works.
l Conduct in-depth legal research as assigned by legal counsels.
l Handle SEC certificates safekeeping, borrowing and return procedures.
l Assist the GCN legal team on other matters as assigned.

REGULAR RESPONSIBILITIES

- Solid PRC law knowledge
- Strong legal research, analytical, drafting skills
- Fluent English language skills in speaking, reading and writing
- Compulsory: Bachelor degree in law in China
- Qualification: PRC bar preferred
- Experience: 6-12 months in law firm or in-house legal department experience
- Some legal knowledge in contract law, company law a bonus, willingness to learn and adaptable to new environment a must
- Good team player , strong communication and interpersonal skills
