职位描述

POSITION OBJECTIVE
To maximize sales and profits for VA and the given territory by developing and coaching respective sales team.

? MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Develop and coach sales staff with sales skills, time management and planning.
2. Proactively taking the lead in major project pursuits, developing project pursuit strategies and account
management.
3. Assure that all customer requests are answered promptly and correctly.
4. Provide leadership in developing the sales territory into new industries and accounts.
5. Provide recommendations to upper management on additional head count requirements.
6. Provide annual performance reviews for sales staff per company policy. Provide input for salary planning
process to recommend salary increase and career development and promotion for key high-potential staff.
7. Provide input on market conditions in the region to marketing staff.
8. Interface with EPM other organizations to help resolve problems to ensure overall customer satisfaction.

? SCOPE
1. Authorized to issue quotes to the relevant customer.
2. Supervise inside / outside sales engineers.
3. Responsible for individual / team / regional sales goals per the assigned bookings targets set at the start of the FY.
4. Substantial interaction with customers at all levels.
5. Generate the monthly sales and administration reports for management use.

? JOB COMPETENCIES
1. Understand VA principle and verify standards of VA Products.
2. Mask automation instrumentation operation principle.
3. Must have strong communications skills, both verbal and written.
4. Insures familiarization of the processes and strategies required to carry out primary job functions.
5. Interaction with customers representatives, peers managers, etc. Co-ordination and negotiation skills required, close
major project sales.

? EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE
1. Degree in Engineering in the relevant discipline.
2. Strong technical knowledge of the relevant product(s).
3. Conversant in Mandarin and English - both spoken and written.
4. 5 to 10 years of post-graduate working experience, with at least the last 5 years in the instrumentation
