Job Overview:
- Support implementation of GA plans, assist in the daily engagement and communication with relevant government stakeholders and trade associations;
- Support outreach efforts with government entities, trade associations and other partners on events/programs of the teams interests, such as China Development Forum (CDF, Mar), Boao Forum for Asia (BFA, Mar or Apr), Big Data Forum (Guiyang, May), US-China former senior officials high level dialogue (Track II, Jun-Jul), World Economic Forum (WEF, Jun)
- Daily assist on secretarial work including translation, PPT document formatting for the team, communication and facilitation with internal stakeholders at working level
- Daily assist on logistics matters for the team including traveling, internal E-reporting and review procedure handling etc.;
- Work in a team-oriented environment to support internal BUs to achieve business goals; work in close collaboration with corporate and business divisions of China office on Company targets.
 
Minimum Qualifications:
- A minimum 2 years of experience in a foreign company and/or a government agency; experience on telecom, IC, trade & investment, IPR issues a plus; experience in foreign companys government affairs, or related experience is highly desirable;
- Excellent computer skills (MS office, etc.); English fluency required.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment;
- Good oral, written, power point development and interpersonal skills, including proven ability to prepare reports involving regulatory issues. 举报 分享
