Position Description

?The successful candidate will join a multidisciplinary research team focusing on drug discovery, translational research, and early development of novel small or large molecule drug candidates in Shanghai, China.
?The qualified candidate should have a well-established track record in biomedical research, ideally working experience in onclogy/molecular biology/cell biology in academic, pharmaceutical R&D or CRO.
?The candidate should have thorough understanding and experience in cancer biology.
?The successful candidate is expected to generate, analyze, interpret and report experimental results independently.
?Research background in immune-oncology is a plus.

Education, Experience, Qualifications

?The candidate should have a Master degree in cell biology, oncology, immunology or a related field, preferably certain experience in drug discovery or translational research in a pharmaceutical setting or other relevant healthcare industry. New Ph.D graduates are also encouraged to apply.
?Hands-on experience in cell culture, oncology target validation assays (PCR, transfection, siRNA/shRNA knockdown, Western blotting, luciferase reporter assay, etc. Experiences in immune-related assays will be a plus.
?Hands on experience with cutting edge cellular and molecular technologies related to oncology research would be a clear advantage.
?Demonstrated ability to work in a team oriented environment. Good written and oral communication skill in both English and Chinese
