生物统计师：

责任：

1.完成临床研究项目的试验设计、样本量计算、统计分析计划（SAP）及统计分析报告（SAR）；
2.对其他部门提供生物统计学方面的支持

要求：

1． 医学或统计学相关专业大学本科及以上学历

2． 两年相关工作经验

3． 熟悉SAS编程

4． 较强英文资料阅读和书写能力；

5． 良好的沟通能力，责任心强、具有良好的团队合作精神

Will join the Biometry department at Beijing H&J for Statistics study, towards the clinical trail development, support the director of the biometry department, and supervise the team.? We study the complex diseases and develop novel algorithms, data analysis methods and tools for drug discovery, biomarkers identification, population stratification and prediction of dose response.?

• The successful candidate will report to the Director of Biometry department and will work closely with H&J Statistics group in USA.? He/?She will collaborate with DM, MW, EDC at H&J, responsible for team building, improve company’s SOPs, and participate the key BD process.
• You will provide hands-on insight and expertise in statistical analyses and will review the Clinical trial protocol, CRF, SAP development, SAS programming, CDISK review, statistical report writing, quality control
• The role will involve in-depth quality control, power calculations and statistical analysis of multi-dimensional drug discovery datasets in Oncology, Diabetes, Neuroscience and Cardiovascular diseases.?
