Lead the performance analysis of the commercial, front-end business units in PDSS including pricing, margin, etc.
Support sales team in setting individual sales performance metrics and provide actual achievement in quarterly and yearly SIP.
Review and report the sales actual and forecast variances. Ensure that major variations are highlighted to the management for further actions.
Support sales team T&E control and lead the analysis of actual expenditure and budget variances. Support review of customer contracts to identify any potential financial risks.
Serve as the liaison between finance, sales, HR team. Provide all necessary analysis and accurately information to management.
Enhance standardized quotation process to ensure appropriate use of processes
Manage Distributor and Agent to make sure compliance and pass DD process
Bachelor degree or above with the major in Accounting or Finance.
5+ years accounting/finance experience with at least 3 year in FP&A in MNC dealing with multi-entities
Excellent analytical skills, detail oriented and fluency in English.
Excellent EXCEL and PPT Microsoft skill.
Self-driven and a clear focus on high quality analysis report, Strong commitment to deadlines.
Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability interact effectively with all levels of personnel within the organization.
Team spirit and diligent, with strong accountability sense and continuous learning desire.
