Role Summary/Purpose

Essential Responsibilities

− Responsible for the new product development process and cross function management and coordination − Work with cross function and global team to fulfill the NPI project scope, delivery, schedule and budget − Responsible for the daily product development operation, schedule management and risk handling − Responsible for the cross function coordination to make sure NPI project smoothly go through define, design, verification and manufacturing − Lead and host the design reviews and the toll gate review along NPI development process − Work in engineering team to support NPI process and risk management − Track NPI status and generated related report − Support local and global team to refine the NPI process

Qualifications/Requirements

− BS/MS degree in engineering background, eg: EE/ME − At least 5 years work experience in new product development, at least 2 years experiences for the program management − Solid knowledge on NPI proess and cross function work flow, eg: Toll gat process, Six sigma etc. − Strong communication skill and influential skill to work with cross function team and global team. − Solid foundation on the program management, eg: MS project, review hosting, report generation, risk analysis &management − Strong interpersonal skills and time management skills − Work to deadlines and respond effectively to demanding customer requests − Fluent English communication skills − A proven fast learner, self-motived, willing to take challenges

Desired Characteristics

− Six sigma Black Belt − Experience with global product localization − Working knowledge of NDT industrial
