职位描述：
Fixed Contract for 18 months.
1. Order Management 订单管理
- Data entry and management of customer orders;
客户订单的输入及管理；
- Checks inventory on hand before progress Sales Order;
下单前确认库存；
- Advises customers when requested delivery dates cannot be met and updates JDE SO;
实际交期与客户要求不符时，需提前与客户确认；
- Advises sales when customer price on order is incorrect;
当客户订单价格有误时及时与销售人员沟通；
- Responds to customer enquiries regarding products availability and order status;
及时回复客户有关库存及订单现状等问题的询问；
- Tracks weekly open orders;
每周未结订单的跟踪；
- Others order related customer maintenance with finance AR;
跟催应收账款；
2. Supply Execution 供应管理
- Establishes strong supplier relationships to ensure delivery of service;
与供应商建立良好关系，确保发货及时；
- Provides follow-up with suppliers in event of quality problem;
出现质量问题时负责追踪；
- coordinates claims for damaged and short shipments；
处理破损及发货短缺方面的投诉；
- Timely releases orders to warehouse for pick, pack and invoice and ship;
及时下单给仓库，确保及时打包、发货；
- Provides after sales service, eg. Credit returns, invoice discrepancies, backorder
management.
提供售后服务，如价格问题、发票问题及未到货管理。
3. Customer Relationship 客户关系
- Follows up to determine whether product has been delivered to customers;
确保货物送达客户；
- Establishes rapport with customer; recognizes special needs of customers and offers additional assistance as required; renders service to customers in response to their requests; renders service to customers without delay;
与客户建立良好关系，及时发现客户需求包括特殊要求并提供更多服务；
- Responds to customer who have problems which may be out of normal areas of responsibility, e.g. handles directly, makes appropriate referral;
对超出一般范围的客户要求也要予以回应，直接帮忙解决或给出合理建议；
- Ensures that customers' complaints are properly understood; determines what customers feel are acceptable solutions to their situations。
正确理解客户的投诉，并设身处地为客户提供可接受的解决方案。

REQUIREMENT:
A) Bachelor degree, major in machinery, chemical, supply chain management etc;
本科学历，工程机械、化学、物流管理等专业；
B) Knowledge of ERP Systems. Previous experience in the implementation of JDE Systems is highly preferred;
了解ERP系统，有ERP操作经验者优先考虑；
C) At lease 3 years experience on customer service, Experience in machinery preferred;
3年以上客服经验，最好有工程机械行业经验；
D) Good communication skills, customer oriented and maintain a professional image;
有较好的沟通能力，以客为尊，有专业人员的形象；
E) Good at written and spoken English.
