Job Duty & Responsibility
工作职责

1. Responsible for Valmet-Xian delivery product and customer project all issues related to Quality.
负责维美德西安产品交付和客户项目质量相关事务。
2. Deliver quality objectives, monitor significant characteristics, and ensure processes are stable and capable
实现质量目标，监控主要特性，并确保工艺稳定有效。
3. Provide technical expertise to team problem solving activity to accurately identify root cause and corrective actions
为问题解决提供技术经验，准确找出根本原因并提出纠正措施。
4. All other tasks assigned by line manager or company
完成其他由上级主管或公司安排的工作或任务.

Job Requirement & Qualification
任职要求

1. Bachelor and above; 本科或以上；
2. Above 5 years experience in machinery plant is required
至少5年以上机械类产品生产制造工作经验。
3. Knowledge of Lean conversion is preferred
具有一定的精益生产的工作经验。
4．Be familiar with manufacturing technologies（CNC） and related standards. Skillful in CAD
熟悉机械产品的生产工艺（CNC）和相关标准；熟练使用CAD制图。
5. Native Chinese Speaker and proficient English in both writing and speaking;中文母语，且在读写上能熟练使用英语；
6.knowledge and understanding of ISO9001;熟悉ISO9001；
7. Have the awareness of ISO14001 & OHSAS18001.熟悉ISO14001 & OHSAS18001。
8. Good ability in communication and solving problem. Teamwork spirits and high sense of responsibility
