职位描述：
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES / 主要职责
1 Manage day-to-day purchasing activities to secure the operations of Xi’an plant and ensure compliance to company Policies & Procedures;
负责日常的采购业务，使其符合公司政策及流程，保证公司正常运行。
2 Work closely with user departments to ensure all purchasing requests are completed on-time;
与使用部门及时沟通，保证按要求及时到货。
3 Responsible for documentation/archiving of Purchase Orders/contracts & vendor qualification documents in consistent manner;
负责对采购订单/合同,供方资质资料的收集存档，并保持其一致性。
4 Manage PO/pricing/vendor database in QAD system and maintain in good shape;
能够使用QAD来处理订单，价格，及供方信息，保证系统正常运行。
5 Provide monthly report and analysis on spend data and contract status, Savings, quarterly report and
assessment on vendor KPIs etc.
提供物料采购的月度分析报告，包含合同执行状态，成本控制及供方KPI的评估等。
6 Others task arranged by supervisor or manager
其他直接主管安排的工作。

QUALIFICATION 任职资格
1 Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management
具有本科或相当的供应链管理学位
2 Fluent in English & Mandarin (both oral and written).
流利的中英文（口头和书面）
3 Knowledge on international business and supply chain management
掌握国际贸易和供应链管理的知识
4 Strong interpersonal and communication skills
