Job Description
Agilent CrossLab Group evolves to support Agilent strategies of winning the core lab and transforming from product-based to solution-based offerings. It's now includes Services and Consumables businesses.
As a member of Sales System Operations team, the Business Process Analyst will liaise with Sales, Finance, WW Operation team and IT technical staff to ensure that data, designs, reports, systems, and processes meet the needs of ACG Business Requirements.

Responsibilities
？ Consultant to Business Partners on Sales System
* Technical advisor for Sales System & tools
* Work together with Sales Team to efficiently utilize System and tools
* Supply reliable analysis data for Business Partner for decision making
* Maintain Good data quality


？ Process Design, Documentation, Implementation and Improvement
* Develop ACG specific Sales System related Processes
* Maintain Process Documentation
* Carry out impact assessment and Process implementation
* Perform process reviews and make process improvements/simplifications to improve Sales efficiency
* Communicate system, policy and process changes

？ Training
* Develop and deliver training curriculum
* Customize training material for diverse Business requirements

？ Reporting
* Manage information needs from business partners
* Design, develop and maintain regular reports
* Provide reporting consultation
Qualifications
？ Must
* Bachelors or Master Degree or equivalent combination of education & experience
* Requires 3+ years of work experience, and 2+ years of related experience
* Cross functional collaboration capability
* Strong communication in Chinese & English (oral and written) skills working to collaborate and build relationships with team members and required cross impacted stakeholders
* Extensive experience with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
* Active working attitude, good learning capability and passion to deliver in high pressure
