职位描述：
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Customer quality satisfaction
- Support the negotiation of quality incidents and costs (0-km, field, campaigns)
- Investigate quality claims on site at customer
- Align quality activities between customer and WABCO
- Comply with WABCO and OE Sales/Quality procedures and policies
- Support CRM/CPM in daily customer interaction proactively, such as AR (Cash/banknote, etc), logistic related issues (order/stock/delivery/date, etc) and tracking samples delivery and so on

Output
- In-time completed long term/short term activities
- On-time claims investigation and corrective actions
- On-site support
- Technical contact for quality issues to the customer
- Avoidance of quality costs and escalation at the customer

Experience
- Degree in Engineering
- Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in Manufacturing or Process Engineering
- Minimum 1 year work experience in Quality

Skills
- Certified Green Belt
- QR6S Yellow Belt
- Knowledge of Quality tools ( e.g FMEA/Audits)
- Knowledge of ISO/TQM/Six Sigma
- 8D capability
- Negotiation
- Fluent in English
