Job Description:
-Develop PFMEA andPCP with PIE, TA and Engineering to set up a solid product quality controlsystem
-Set up qualitydata collection methodology and implement data analysis to drive root causeanalysis and CA/PA
-Work with CCengineer to execute close-loop analysis for customer complain and promoteerror-proofing practice
-Developinspection WI for both IPQC and workshop operators to ease self-inspection
-Guide IPQC toimplement in-process inspection and support workshop Kaizen activities
-Proceed quickanalysis for on line quality issue and support supplier material issuemanagement
Job requirement:
Education: Bachelor degree
Job Related experience; 5 years quality system experience in manufacturing enterprise
Business understanding: CI or lean project experience required, be responsbile and result-oriented, six sigma GB/BB is required
Others: fluent English
