Job Summary
1. Diary management & admin support for office, co-ordinate meetings & events as required, VIP delegation co-ordination & any other duties as required.
2. Coordinate daily management of Group Sales
3. Work with Group requests in AGM
4. Undertake sales activities as required to meet and achieve sales team objectives and sales targets
5. Support sales team in strengthening the relationships within the customer portfolio at the operational and servicing level (eg. Travel Managers, Implant office, Agencies etc.)
6. Support client managers by arranging sales calls
7. Creating various reports to support sales team (Cognos + other manual reports)
8. Event arrangements and RSVPs
9. Business Development
10. Lead generation
11. Pre-flight checks
12. Handle possible direct custome
13. Dedicated line for Agent special support
14. Check competitor campaigns
15. Customer maintenance in Sell Smart
16. Prepare ticketing instructions
17. Assist to solve fare filing errors with TCS
18. Monitor ticket deadline
19. Assist as ticketing expert
20. Create & Distribute fare lists, sales memo's
21. Liaison -Group ticketing, Sales & Admin team
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field is preferred
2. Airline-industry knowledge and experience is an advantage
3. Must be fluent in Mandarin and English with excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
4. Must have a positive attitude and a willingness to work in a challenging and accountable environment
5. Project management, organizational, and planning skills
6. Ability to work with and to present to diverse groups of individuals
