职位描述：
1、通过电话与学生家长沟通，预约来校区参观、面谈和参加英语屋活动，并向其展示能动英语产品的特色；
2、为学员提供深度咨询，分析潜在需求，制定学习计划，推荐课程，达成销售；
3、负责客户数据分析、营销策略的制定；
4、负责建立并维护客户资源，创造咨询量；
5、协助英语屋进行各项推广活动；
6、校长安排的其他工作。

任职要求:
1、普通话标准、亲和力强，口头表达沟通能力良好，爱交流；
2、有团队合作意识，爱学习；
3、热爱销售工作，有销售及同行业经验者优先考虑；
4、具备销售意识，能承受工作压力，积极乐观，有自信心；
5、大专及以上学历，专业不限。
