Position Summary:
 To work as part of the Global Real Estate team, driving change across Honeywell’s diverse APAC portfolio through effective project management of major capital projects. Reporting into the Construction Manager of APAC, the position will be responsible for the planning & execution of multiple construction & tenant improvement capital projects, to ensure on time, on budget delivery in accordance with GRE global process, policies, standard reporting etc to enable real estate strategies in support of the business objectives. This will involve leveraging internal & external service partner resources to deliver effective Real Estate solutions that meet the customer requirements.

Principal Responsibilities:
? Project Management of multiple construction & tenant improvement capital projects. (36%-50% time spent)
? The primary responsibility will be managing multiple real estate projects in APAC region, This will involve working on each phases of the project including feasibility, planning, procurement, execution and closeout. The role will demand the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously to effectively maintain a programme of activity that will support the execution of the agreed real estate strategies. The output will be completing fit out and construction projects in compliance with corporate policy and delivering to customer expectations by taking each project through to final acceptance and close out.
? Key day to day activities will include managing project activity to a defined programme; robust cost estimating as part of the initial feasibility work, support vendor selection process, manage site construction, design & cost management, value engineering thru external Site Project manager / Architect / Consultant / Contractors required to remain within budget; managing the scope & internal customers’ expectations; directing internal support functions (HSE, Risk Management, Procurement, Finance, Security, Legal, IT) to ensure that all parties are meeting the agreed deliverable, quality and financial responsibilities; working closely with other internal corporate support functions to ensure corporate policy is adhered & safe working practices are employed.

? Leading cross-functional projects teams; partnering with key contacts & maintaining strong working relationships. (36%-50% time spent)
? Leading cross-function teams through the design, procurement,execution & close out phases of a project, comprising a combination of external service providers, internal HON support services & business representatives. Providing clear direction to the team to deliver the project within the agreed parameters with the ability to escalate key issues for resolution, when necessary. On-going partnering with internal (ISC, IT, HR, Legal, HSE, Risk Management etc) & external (project managemnt, architect, engineer & cost & global risk consultants ) to ensure the successful execution of the overall project programme.
? Developing & maintaining strong working relationships with senior management in the business across the region, striving to provide excellent customer service in all the aspects of service delivery from the Global Real Estate team (GRE) & acting as an agent for change as Honeywell’s culture develops.
? Working with the RE Managers, Global Project Management Council to ensure the delivery of high quality & vibrant working environments that are considered an asset to the company and assist Honeywell through its on-going transformation, whilst managing to pre-determined
budgets.

? Managing data integrity, portfolio analysis and adopting best practice(Under 20% time spent)
? Optimize Honeywell’s use of its property assets across the APAC region, with a strong emphasis on cost and space reduction opportunities.
? Supporting the RE team on planning & reporting.
? Adopting best practice within the real estate & project management industry and conducting all property related activities in line with corporate policy & procedures.

? Communication with GMs / VPs, CFOs, Regional Leaders, Country Managers, Supply Chain, IT, HR, Legal, HSER for Daily interface with senior leaders within SBGs / SBUs to establish business requirements, determine real estate project delivery strategies and report out on progress. Collaboration with internal HON functions to drive project planning & execution.
? Communication with external (Real Estate Consultants, Project Management Consultant, Designer, Global Risk Consultants etc) for working with external partners is fundamental to the success of this role, including leading cross-functional teams across multiple projects, ensuring clear accountability and obtaining results. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other Requirements

? Education level and/or relevant experience(s)
? Degree in Engineering / Architecture or with Post Graduation in Construction / Engineering managemennt.8-10 years of project management experience in construction / tenant improvement projects. Experience of managing multiple projects and working under corporate real estate with MNC (within a corporate or as an external service provider) ? Knowledge and Skills (general and technical)

? Knowledge: - Design building system / services, new construction technique / methods, government permitting process, construction safety, project management processes.
? Skills :- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluency in English mandatory, strong inter-personal & organizational skill, analytical in approach & process oriented

? Other Requirements (licenses, certifications, specialized training, as well as physical or mental abilities required). If position requires personal protective equipment, please list in Additional Information section below.
? Advance knowledge in MS Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Project, Auto CAD.
? Constructor Certificate
 ? Project Management Professional Certificate is a plus.
? Ability to travel 50-60% across the APAC region.
