- Undertake the following responsibilities under the supervision of senior IT Management.
- Support daily use of JD Edwards World soft VerA7.3 Cum 6, a global ERP package.
- Support other business systems including Business Intelligence tools Data Warehouse tools, CRM tools.
- Analyze data and create reports according to the requirements of business.
- Support coordinate and manage all issues related to ERP system, including input/output management and data integrity.
- Support projects to manage all of the firm’s business system development, modification, testing, enhancement, and maintenance matters.
- Trouble-shoot ERP related issues by analyzing troubles, data, operations, and programs.
- Support business system projects including implementation, process improvement, efficiency enhancement, and risk management.
- Create documents including report specifications, training material, operations manual, and project documents.
- Analyze business operations and processes and make proposals to the senior IT for any improvements for operational efficiency.
- Work closely with IT Application Analyst colleagues, with Technical Services department and IT Project Management Office and outsourcing partner to coordinate/support technical implementation.
Qualifications:
- Must have ERP packages management experience for more than 2 years.
- Experience with supporting ERP users in a firm with more than 50 people.
- Knowledge and experience in systems analysis for more than 2 years.
- Working knowledge of SQL and expertise in data analysis for more than 2 years is preferred.
- Experience in IBM Client Access, and its Query tools preferred.
- Experience in JD Edwards World more than 1 year is advantageous.
