Responsibilities:
Manage the entire Planning in a highly sophisticated manufacturing environment in achieving best in class Material and Planning related performance.
Sales forecast analyze, convert sales forecast into finished goods production plan
Monitor inventory level of worldwide and the actual sales to adjust production plan on a regular basis.
Order management. Provide sales sufficient and updated delivery schedule of finished goods.
Large deals and customized orders follow-up.
Department KPI and score card. Data collection and analysis.
Key person of company projects related to system/tools and department process improvement.
Department reporting. Generate tools and reports to improve efficiency of internal and external communication and for data analysis.
Supplier management: Work closely with supplier to arrange production/shipment schedule and shipping method based on the latest forecast released.
Review and confirm the liability when product transition or big drop on forecast.
Highlight if any supply issue caused by engineering hold or constrain. Support global allocation of component.
Quarterly collect data for supplier’s KPI and review.
Provide leadership to the team to deliver results
Requirement:
Bachelor degree or above
At least 10 years of Material/Planning working experience in multi-national manufacturing environment
Experienced in Pharmaceutical/Cosmetics/FMCG industry is a plus
Experienced in S&OP will be prefer
Strong in people management, be able to lead the team setting aggressive goal and expectations, while motivating them effectively in achieving these goals.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Fluent in English
