对独家代理项目的信息进行整理，收集，分析和市场定位；
在独家代理项目负责进行现场租赁和销售，
负责协调与代理项目开发商间的关系；
负责联络协调并与市场其他代理商之间的沟通；


职位要求：

大学毕业，房地产管理专业或相关专业优先；
至少一年相关经验，有写字楼招商经验优先；
熟练试用计算机和微软电脑软件；
极好的沟通及交际能力

流利普通话及英语的书面及口语表达能力

工作态度积极，吃苦耐劳，乐于并善于协作，能承受工作压力；
五官端正，形象气质佳，热情大方，亲和力强。
