ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Produce regular research publications and help in developing new research papers;
2. Ensure the quality and timeliness of the internal database system;
3. Expand research coverage to pre-defined secondary cities based on the company’s expansion strategies;
4. Work with other group offices to complete regional/global research projects;
5. Support other business units in developing research materials;
6. Provide support for ad-hoc consulting assignments;
7. Assist Marketing Department in preparing materials for seminar, press and other events.


JOB QUALIFICATIONS
1. Bachelor degree in Economics, Business, Finance, Statistics or other real estate-related disciplines;
2. 3-5 years with renowned real estate firms or professional services companies in a research or analytical role;
3. Professional qualification/membership with international property organizations (RICS, MAI etc.) is a plus;
4. International experience gained through overseas education or work is a plus;
5. Ability to lead a team and to coach junior team members;
6. Strong research capabilities and critical thinking skills;
7. Excellent writing and presentation skills in English and Mandarin Chinese;
8. Solid understanding in real estate economics.
