职位描述：

Lead China custom and trade compliance

• Lead the Technical Operations Global Trade Compliance program
• Develop a comprehensive and multi-year plan to maintain and enable enhancements surrounding global trade compliance. Identify compliance gaps, understand criticality of gaps and work with needed functions (Tax & Compliance, Logistics, Industrial, Logistics and Network and Design, etc) to close gaps.
• Align all of China Technical Operations onto a single approach towards global trade compliance through influence and collaboration within all functional areas
• Drive opportunities to implement effective compliance programs in conjunction with Tax and Compliance
• Ensure sustainability of trade compliance processes for Technical Operations

Standard & Process design and deploy

• Influence leadership groups across Schneider to design and implement operational procedures
• Develop processes to maintain trade compliance knowledge management tools for all of China’s use
• Responsible for the implementation of agreed Global Trade Compliance improvements and enhancements in support of Tax and Compliance and Logistics Network and Design
• Alignment with all supply chain departments to communicate and collaborate on Global Trade Compliance solutions
• China SOP management and standardization for all entities
  

Performance measurement

• Create and monitor key metrics for Tech Operations, coordinate with Technical Operations personnel to report and improve
• Support to push vendors for the performance improvement

• Work with IPO to develop IT capabilities to show the visibility of brokerage in front of customers
• Develop new process and procedure to expose the brokerage flow for easy understanding and tracking
• Set up an evaluation mechanism to reasonably assess our incumbent vendors

Job Requirement:

- Minimum of 5-7 years work experience within Global Trade Compliance - Hands on experience in import/export management - Experience in problem solving, presentation and collaborative team-building with non-direct reports required. - Strong interpersonal skills including ability to build relationships, cooperate as a team leader or team member, share information and deliver results with an international team. - Demonstrated ability to translate unique business needs into system requirements in support of IT system implementation. - Organization agility (knowledgeable about how an organization works) and ability to apply that capability to lead change, deliver strong results and build the confidence of stakeholders. - Proven ability to develop recommendations and to persuade peers and upper management of the merits of a proposed requirement. - Broker Experience a plus - Experience and documented results in project management, process analysis and design a plus - Fluent in English - Process oriented - Able to explain a complex topic in a simple manner - Accurate and committed to quality - Strong communication skill
