职位描述：
A) Key Results Areas
？ Be responsible for production output / revenue according to production schedule to achieve goal of company
？ Ensure requirement related with quality, throughput time, efficiency, on-time delivery, cost, safety, etc. to reach target of company and customers
？ Manage department related KPIs achievement and the reports
？ Manage the inventory and cost expenditure in manufacture process
？ Handle and coordinate problems occurring in manufacture process
？ Deploy basic floor management tools (6S, visual management) in workshop
？ Establish / develop production management or operational procedures
？ Participate/ encourage improvement activities for capacity, quality, efficiency, cost reduction, etc. in manufacture process
？ Provide the necessary training / coach to develop competence of team members and operators
？ Provide support and cooperation to other function in several projects/issues
Independent Judgment:
？ Able to handle unexpected problems accurately and decisively
？ Reason analysis and targeted improvement plan
？ Data combine and analysis
Knowledge & Experience:
？ 8 years production management experience in foreign company, familiar with the production process, the furniture industry background a plus.
？ Proficient in modern management concepts. Production management-savvy planning, organizing, leading and controlling modules, and can be combined with actual use;
？ Understand the General characteristics of furniture material. Have some knowledge of lean manufacturing; manage improvement projects according to the target organization.
Education & Professional Qualification:
？ College above, engineering background
Language Requirements:
？ Good read and write English skill, fluent oral English preferred
