Job Requirement:

-Responsible for allQuality systems setting up, maintenance and improvement,

-Assist quality managerto keep the system running effectively;

-Lead company CCCapplication/ sample manufacturing & test/ maintenance activities to fulfilfront-end demand within approved budget;

-Lead company ContinuousImprovement planning/ periodical review/ training and culture promotion tofoster CI awareness and benefit.

-Develop and improve themanual, procedure and working instruction documents for quality system

-Organize internal audit, external audit (including customeraudit) , and monitor the improvement action

-Organize and implementquality system training

-Guide DCC to maintaindocument system integrity;

-Develop company CCCplan based on front-end demand vs. approved budget and coordinate with CCCtechnical owner and other parties to implement plan

-Coordinate CQC auditand ensure CCC validation

-Develop CI plan andlead monthly CI review to achieve company CI targets

-Organize and implementCI trainings to promote CI awareness
