职位描述：
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Manage cross divisional and cross functional projects during development and implementation phase
? Develop strategic solution concepts for eCommerce sector
? Develop and present business cases and management decision documents for customer solutions
? Conduct market & competitor assessment to understand best in class E-Commerce solutions
? Develop and maintain close relationship with relevant stakeholders of DP DHL divisions
? Prepare customer presentations and facilitate workshops
? Independently contribute to the solutions achieving their objectives, while taking into account costs, deadlines, resources and quality (e.g. scheduling and control of local/regional implementation)
? Perform process analysis and develop and implement new solution approaches to optimize the customers e-commerce supply chain
? Independently manage the process workflows in the Customer Solutions
? Comply with quality standards
? Lead negotiations and rate discussions with customers
? Develop contact with selected external business customers
? Relationship Management with solution and product specialist and management of different business units within the DPDHL Group (Supply Chain, Express, Global Forwarding, Freight, PeP, Deutsche Post)
? Identify process improvements in Global eCommerce Customer solutions in collaboration with the customers and internal stakeholders in divisions
? Apply best practices for the optimization of process management, system and tools within the framework of Global eCommerce Solutions.
? Lead specialist teams and delegate tasks; Induct trainee staff
? Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
? Bachelor’s degree in economics or related field
? 8-10 years of progressive professional experience in the e-commerce logistics industry
? Significant achievement in managing and developing products and/or solutions in logistics
? Strong understanding of DP DHL products & services
? Experience in international project management
? Strong understanding of E-commerce systems and processes
? Highly proficient in English, spoken and written
