General Statement 职位总述:
Support EH&S Manager on develop and maintain a EH&S management system for the Joint Venture.
协助并支持环境、健康&安全经理建立并和发展合资公司的环境、健康&安全管理体系。

Duties and Responsibilities 职务和职责:
1. Support Facilities & EHS Manager to develop, implement, document & maintain EH&S programs, policies and procedures.
    支持Facilities & EHS经理开发，执行，记录并维护环境，健康及安全的项目，政策及程序。
2. Develop and conduct EH&S training plan to all department as well as subcontractors.
    制定并实施员工和承包商的环境，健康和安全培训计划
3. Ensure emergency response plans for the plant site are fully developed and maintained.
    确保建立完整的厂房应急预案并进行维护
4. Support Facilities & EHS Manager to work with operation team to implement EH&S programs in plant, while establishing and
maintaining employee engagement and a strong cultural understanding of EH&S policies and procedures.
    支持Facilities & EHS经理与现场运营团队一起执行厂房环境，健康和安全项目，保持员工的参与，形成环境，健康和安全政策和程序良好的文化氛围
5. Monitor the implementation and status of site annual EH&S objective and improvement projects.
    监控公司年度环境，健康和安全目标和改进项目的进度
6. Coordinate site EH&S Safety Committee Program and support activity regularly.
    协助公司环境，健康和安全委员会项目，并支持定期组织的活动
7. Coordinate site job hazard assessment process, control positions of high risk and train employees on the high risk job.
    协调职业危害评估程序，控制高危险职业，并向员工培训高危险职业知识
8. Involve investigation of accidents, making and following the relevant improving measures.
    参与事故进行调查，参与建立和跟进相关改进措施
9. Implement PPE Management Procedure.
    执行PPE的管理程序
10.Implement periodic internal EHS audit and annual EHS program evaluation
    执行定期的EHS内部审核及年度EHS体系评估
11.Implement and improve EHS compliance program timely
    执行并实时更新EHS合规计划
12.Maintain relationship with EHS related government departments to ensure EHS compliance.
    维护与EHS相关的政府部门关系以确保EHS合规性
13.Coordinate emergency evacuation drills.
    协调紧急撤离演习
14.Develop employee occupational health management record, organize medical check, and protect employee health.
    建立员工职业健康管理记录，组织体检，保护员工的身体健康。
15.Other supervisor assigned work
    其它主管人员分配的任务。

Qualifications and Experience 任职资格和经验
1. Education 教育
    ? Bachelors or above in Environment, Safety or related field
        环境，安全相关行业学士或以上学历

2. Related Work Experience 相关工作经验
    ? 3+ Years’ experience in EH&S fields
        3年以上环境，健康&安全行业经验
    ? Strong hands-on problem-solving capabilities
        较强的解决问题的能力

3. Key Competency 关键能力与素质
    ? Experience and proficiencies with all Microsoft office tools
        熟练使用各种微软办公软件

4. Communication Capability 沟通水平
    ? Excellent communication and people skills
        良好的沟通和人际交往能力

5. English Capability 英文水平
    ? Fluent English language skills both in verbal and written
        流利的英语口头及书面能力

6. Certificate 证书:
    ? Safety Engineer Certificate is preferred
        拥有注册安全工程师证者优先
    ? ISO14001&OHSAS18001 internal auditor certificate is preferred
