职位描述：

岗位概述：
油漆工要及时进行维护饭店装璜设施，包括饭店内家具，墙纸，室内装修，木装饰，地板，墙面漆，石器和装饰物等情况

职责义务：
1. 完成工作分配中心和工程部办公室分配的任务。
2. 协助和管理承包商完成的项目。
3. 按照工作分配或主动完成饭店维修工作，保证饭店设施达标。
4. 有计划的开展饭店设施检查工作，当发现有安全隐患或设施存在问题有可能影响正常运做时必须及时上报。
5. 根据要求，配合其他部门进行加工制作。
6. 执行总工程师或指定工程师安排的其它工作。
7. 保持工作区域和储存区域的清洁。
8. 严格执行防火和人身安全规定。
9. 在紧急情况下执行应急程序。
10. 保持工具和设备完好。
11. 协助列出材料价格以便完成工作。
12. 保证饭店维修所需物品充足。
